When you contact us, we take the time to understand who you are, your sporting background, and what you want to achieve. Whether you’re training for your first trail race, targeting a personal best, or preparing for a long-distance ultra, our approach is built around personalised, science-based coaching — not generic training plans.

We’ll guide you through how our coaching process works, including training structure, performance testing, race preparation, and ongoing support. Many athletes get in touch to ask about personalised training plans, lactate testing, sweat testing, race nutrition strategy, or general coaching advice. Others are looking for clarity, accountability, or a more sustainable way to train around work and family life.

Trail Addiction Coaching is based in Queenstown, New Zealand, but we coach athletes worldwide. All communication is simple, direct, and tailored to you — whether that’s via phone, email, or online coaching platforms. There’s no obligation when you reach out; the goal is simply to start a conversation and see if we’re the right fit for your goals.
